The primary mission of VET professionals is to develop training programmes that are specifically adapted to each green job sector, using a combination of traditional and modern methods, such as gamification and virtual reality, to make learning more engaging. The training aspect is then combined with that of evaluation. VET professionals are responsible for regularly evaluating the training programme through feedback forms and assessments to ensure that it addresses the evolving needs of VET learners.
